2026 Mini Workshop Series
Our first set of programs will run as short immersive workshops designed to introduce students to coffee culture and essential barista training skills.
Longer professional programs focused on café entrepreneurship will launch later in 2026.
5-Day Immersive Coffee Workshop
An introduction to the fundamentals of coffee and café culture.
Students will learn:
• Coffee beans and origins
• Brewing methods
• Espresso fundamentals
• Milk texturing and latte art basics
• Coffee tasting and flavour profiles
• Café culture and hospitality basics
• Team brewing challenges
10-Day Advanced Mini Workshop
A deeper exploration of barista skills and café concepts within our comprehensive coffee skills program.
Participants will learn:
• Advanced brewing techniques
• Espresso calibration
• Latte art practice
• Coffee menu design
• Coffee and food pairing
• Introduction to café management
• Group café simulation exercises
• Team-based coffee presentation challenge
Learning Experience
Unlike traditional classrooms, The Coffee Lab focuses on experiential learning, making it an ideal setting for those interested in barista training and café entrepreneurship. Participants will experience:
• Hands-on barista practice that hones essential coffee skills
• Collaborative team activities to foster creativity in café culture
• Open discussions that delve into the nuances of café entrepreneurship
• Creative brewing experiments that enhance coffee skills
• Outdoor learning in a farm environment to understand coffee sourcing
This immersive environment encourages confidence, communication, and creative thinking.
Location & Fees
The workshops will be held at a farm-based learning space near Delhi and/or in Noida, focusing on barista training and café entrepreneurship.
5-Day Workshop
₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per participant
10-Day Workshop
₹28,000 – ₹35,000 per participant
Final fees will depend on batch size and confirmed schedule.
Certification
Participants will receive a Certificate of Participation from the program organizers.
